They commit themselves and take every precaution to set their targets and make the appropriate action plan as per their knowledge, but yet they are unable to achieve their Goal. This sounds bad? Isn’t it? But believe me its quite true. You dream of achieving something, define your goal, make the milestones, prepare the things to do and manage your time and efforts effectively, but still you fail. This may not be true for each and every goal you set, but at least with some of the goal you wanted to achieve. Do you know why you fail? May be you know, or may be you don’t know, even though there is very little chance of you knowing the reasons and still failing. If you know the reasons of not succeeding and still failing, then I can assure you, there is something wrong with your determination, or the goal, or the action plan, or time management protocol you have in place. There could be so many factors. But let me deal with the case where you don’t know the reasons of not succeeding. The first and the foremost reason is make sure the Goal Setting protocol you have in place is quite clear to you. This can be checked if you answer following questions;
If your answers to the above questions are yes, then you should go ahead and there are high chances of you succeeding and achieving your goals. Now, during the course of the execution of the tasks and the milestone if you feel things are not going in favor of you, then this could lead you to a state of mind where you will need enough motivation to boost-up your mental and physical energy level. If everything mentioned above are right in place then only reason could be the lack of motivation during the execution of your goal. You will need a lot of motivation in such state.
